What we collect

Order details: name, phone, email, and delivery address, used only to fulfil and support your order.
Waitlist and subscriber details: the contact information you submit to hear about drops. One purpose only — no noise.
Payments: processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, and banking details go directly to Razorpay and never touch Rekalture’s servers.
Site analytics: first-party page-view counts and click labels to understand what visitors browse. Location is recorded only if you explicitly choose to share it.
Browser storage: your bag and a visitor identifier are kept in your own browser so the site works smoothly.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not send marketing beyond what you signed up for.
We do not store payment credentials.

Sharing

Order details are shared with our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process payment and with courier partners to deliver your piece. That is the extent of it.

Your choices

Email hello@rekalture.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Unsubscribing from drop emails is available in every email we send.
